At Energy Fitness, we’ve designed three dynamic 45-minute signature studio classes to help you thrive in every aspect of your fitness journey. These classes are built around three major modalities: Strengthen, Shape, and Shred—each crafted to challenge and energize you in unique ways.

From strength interval training to barre and pilates to spin, there’s truly something for everyone. No matter where you’re starting or how you like to move, our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels while pushing you toward your personal best. ENERGY STRONG

Energy Fitness is known for this unparalleled, interval workout full of energy that puts the fun in functional. This signature workout blends strength and endurance while burning fat and building lean muscle mass. You will likely utilize free weights, kettlebells, air bikes, rowers, SkiErgs, TRX, and more! Unleash your potential with our themed workouts, consisting of four stations that will provide an unforgettable full-body strength-building experience.

STRONG

ENERGY FLEX

Shape & tone your muscles with this Barre and Pilates inspired class! Utilizing props and barres to stimulate and maximize core strength, while also defining glutes, legs, and arms. FLEX encompasses low-impact, isometric moves, and mind-centering breath work. This group experience aims to strengthen muscles while also improving postural alignment and flexibility. Bring balance to your body with this challenging fusion class!

FLEX

ENERGY RYDE

Shred and burn some serious calories as you embark on this epic cycling journey! RYDE is a high energy group experience that is sure to make you sweat and build endurance. While both engaging and challenging, the time will fly by as you ride to energetic music. Sweat out the troubles of life and breathe in the positivity as your heart pumps, improving circulation and aerobic health.​

Q: What types of classes are available?

A: We offer three signature 45-minute studio classes: • Energy Strong: A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that blends strength and endurance to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. • Energy Flex: A Barre and Pilates-inspired class focusing on shaping and toning muscles, improving postural alignment, and enhancing flexibility. • Energy Ryde: A high-energy cycling class designed to improve endurance and cardiovascular health.

Q: Are classes included in my membership?

A: Yes, as a member, you have unlimited access to all our signature studio classes at no additional cost.

Q: Do I need to book classes in advance?

A: We make booking classes easy and convenient through our free EnergyFitness+ app. Though not required, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure your spot in the class and so the class coach can adequately prepare. Members with reservations get priority.
