Class description

Saddle up and burn serious calories as you embark on this epic cycling journey! RYDE is a high-intensity group experience that is sure to shred calories and strengthen muscles. While both engaging and challenging, the time will fly by as you ride to energetic music. Sweat out the troubles of life and breathe in the positivity as your heart pumps, improving circulation and aerobic health. 

Common questions

When you try your first RYDE Class be sure to check in at the front desk!  We’ll help you find the room, a spot to get started and get you familiar with our amazing spin bikes!
Wear comfy workout clothes & sneakers! Spin shoes are optional but if you have them you’re more than welcome to bring them!
Be sure to bring a water bottle.  You’re going to need it! If you have spin shoes you’re more than welcome to bring those, but know that those are optional! We highly recommend you bring your MyZone heart rate monitor to help you keep track of your workout!

Due to COVID-19, as an extra precaution, we ask that you wipe down the equipment / mats that you use during your session.  There are disinfecting wipe stations all throughout the club!
