Energy Fitness is known for this unparalleled, interval workout full of energy that puts the fun in functional. This animal themed signature workout blends strength and endurance while burning fat and building lean muscle mass. In a STRONG session, you will experience a fresh new workout every day which is easy to follow while keeping it fun and challenging. You will likely utilize free weights, kettlebells, air bikes, rowers, SkiErgs, TRX, and more! Unleash your inner animal with our themed workouts, consisting of four stations that will provide an unforgettable full-body experience.

Common questions

When you try your first STRONG Class be sure to check in at the front desk!  We’ll help you find the room & a spot to get started! You’re going to be using all different types of machines from Ski Urgs, Rowers, Assault Bikes & an array of Dumb Bells. 

Wear comfy workout clothes & sneakers!  You’re going to be moving!

Definitely bring sneakers & a water bottle!  You’re going to need it!

We highly recommend you bring your MyZone heart rate monitor to help you keep track of your workout!

Due to COVID-19, as an extra precaution, we ask that you wipe down the equipment / mats that you use during your session.  There are disinfecting wipe stations all throughout the club!
