to outline our emphasis on sanitizing and cleaning procedures. To ensure we are Safer than Ever, here are all the ways we are
keeping our commitment to your safety as we welcome you back to your club!

Yes. This is MANDATORY for any club service.
If you have an appointment with a trainer, or have enrolled in a class, your spot has been successfully reserved. Open gym usage must be reserved in advance through the Energy FitFam app or website. Any inquiries regarding the app/enrollment can be address in-person or via phone weekdays between 1-3pm.
Ozonaters have been set up at each location to sterilize the air and gym floor overnight. CDC approved Monk wipes and disinfecting solutions are being utilized and regular sanitization of equipment will be conducted by the staff And cleaning crew. Personalized sanitizing bottles will be available upon entry for those who would like to have the option to sterilize their own equipment while exercising.
New York states requires masks indoors at all times. Members and staff will not be admitted indoors without an appropriate mask. Bandanas, neck wraps, and scarves are not acceptable substitutes.
Yes. We will have touchless temperature scans upon entering and touchless check-ins at the front desk. Your temperature must be below 100.4 degrees to be allowed in the club.
Currently classes will continue to operate outdoors. We will be moving classes indoors at reduced capacity and enhancing the class schedule after Labor Day. ELITE training members will have the option of training indoors or outdoors starting Monday, August 24th.
The reservation window opens 72 hours in advance.
There is a 1 day guest policy for open gym and classes for $25. This includes one open gym slot or one class and must be reserved in advance with management. A 1-on-1 training trial must also be reserved in advance and is $39 to reserve their spot.
Saunas, showers, juice bars and towel service will be temporarily unavailable. You are encouraged to bring your own towels and mats for your personal use. Mats will still be available upon request, towels will not.
Each location is operating at 33% of their maximum capacity in compliance with the state requirements. This number varies by location and can be provided by each manager.
There will be no daycare until certain mandates are lifted which will enable us to welcome back our Energy mini-members. Until then, please keep children at home.
Memberships will automatically turn “on” as of September 1st. Look out for a separate email regarding your membership details and/or contact your location manager with specific questions or concerns.
