COACHING

Q: What types of coaching services do you offer?

A: We provide personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions tailored to your abilities, body, and goals. • Strength & fitness • Nutrition • Stretch & recovery • Teens & students • Injury prevention • Virtual Our coaching encompasses a 360-degree approach to health, covering areas that other gyms might overlook.

Q: Is there additional costs for coaching services?

A: At Energy Fitness, the only cost is for your 1-on-1 coaching, which is dependent on how many sessions you want per month/week. All other amenities and services are included at no extra cost.

Q: How often can I schedule coaching sessions?

A: Depending on your program, you can schedule coaching sessions on a weekly or monthly basis. These sessions can be utilized for any of our 1-on-1 coaching services.

CLASSES

Q: What types of classes are available?

A: We offer three signature 45-minute studio classes: • Energy Strong: A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that blends strength and endurance to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. • Energy Flex: A Barre and Pilates-inspired class focusing on shaping and toning muscles, improving postural alignment, and enhancing flexibility. • Energy Ryde: A high-energy cycling class designed to improve endurance and cardiovascular health.

Q: Are classes included in my membership?

A: Yes, as a member, you have unlimited access to all our signature studio classes at no additional cost.

Q: Do I need to book classes in advance?

A: We make booking classes easy and convenient through our free EnergyFitness+ app. Though not required, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure your spot in the class and so the class coach can adequately prepare. Members with reservations get priority.

A: No, at Energy Fitness, you only pay for your 1-on-1 coaching sessions. All other amenities and services are included without a traditional membership fee.

We break these down to these five options: • Standard: One 1-on-1 Session Per Week Perfect for individuals ready to commit to their fitness goals with structured weekly support. This program suits those who want consistent guidance, motivation, and a clear plan to stay on track. • Premier: Two 1-on-1 Sessions Per Week ​Created for individuals with ambitious fitness goals and a desire to achieve them efficiently. This program offers tailored support and resources, perfect for those driven by results and ready to prioritize their health. • Premier+: Three 1-on-1 Sessions Per Week ​Designed for those seeking the highest level of personalized support and accountability. This program is ideal for individuals who want hands-on coaching and a fully immersive experience to ensure success every step of the way. • Base: One 1-on-1 Session Per Month This program is tailored for highly self-motivated individuals who already have a consistent fitness routine and feel confident managing their progress with minimal guidance. It's perfect for those who thrive on independence. • Base+: Two 1-on-1 Sessions Per Month Designed for those who are fairly consistent with their fitness journey but recognize the need for a little extra accountability. It’s ideal for individuals who benefit from occasional check-ins to stay focused and motivated.

Q: Do you have options for beginners or those new to fitness?

A: Absolutely! Our primary aim is to support YOU on your health and fitness journey - no matter where you are. We offer beginner-friendly classes, introductory sessions, and can tailor your program according your experience and goals.

Q: What do I need to bring with me on my first visit?

A: Comfortable clothes & sneakers to workout in, a valid ID, and a positive attitude! All other equipment and services can be found at the clubs!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Joining - or canceling - shouldn't be difficult! At Energy we have no contracts and no cancellation fees. We just need a 14-day notice to cancel your membership. All payments will be collected normally during the 14 days following cancellation. Approved ways to request cancellation are via email, phone, mail and in person. Texting and social media messages are not approved methods of requesting cancellation.
