THE WORKOUT

  1. KETTLEBELL BENT OVER ROW (10 reps)

  2. KETTLEBELL PUSH-UPS (10 reps)

  3. DUMBBELL FRONT SQUATS (15 reps)

  4. DUMBBELL PUSH PRESS (5-8 reps)

  5. BARBELL BICEP CURL (15 reps)

  6. BARBELL OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION (15 reps)


NOTES

- Complete 6 rounds with no rest in between exercises.

- Take a 1 minute rest in between rounds.

- Choose weights that will be challenging by the time round 2 starts. 

- Focus on slow eccentrics and quality form throughout the workout.
